Leadership Brandon
The mission of Leadership Brandon is to advance the participants' understanding of leadership, the chamber of commerce and our community and inspire them to become agents of change.
Leadership Brandon will:
1. Engage community leaders of diverse backgrounds,
2. Advance the participants’ understanding of personal mission and values-based leadership,
3. Expose the participant to the challenges and opportunities that currently face the Greater Brandon area,
4. Nurture their desire to accept civic responsibility and roles of leadership in their businesses and in the community,
5. Open a dialogue between emerging and current business and community leaders
6. Familiarize the participants with some of the processes and programs available for individual involvement in the community.
The program accomplishes its mission through a values-based curriculum and by facilitating a series of activities, seminars, tours and interactive presentations that nurture business relationships, improve community awareness and strengthen leadership abilities. Specific topics and meeting times vary but will include:
